Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and Users regarding the use of ORGNavi services provided by ORGNavi (hereinafter 'Company').

Article 2 (Definitions)

• 'Service' means ORGNavi and related services that Users can use regardless of the device (PC, mobile, etc.).
• 'User' means a customer who accesses the Company's service and uses the service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Posting and Revision)

The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service so that Users can easily recognize them. The Company may revise these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

The Company provides the following services to Users:

• Organizational chart automatic generation and management service
• Organization simulation and data analysis tools
• All other services provided by the Company to Users through additional development or partnership

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company shall be exempted from responsibility for provision of service if it is unable to provide the service due to force majeure or equivalent. The Company shall not be liable for any obstacle to service usage caused by the user's fault.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Lawsuits filed between the Company and the User shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising between the Company and the User shall be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
